Getting Started

Quick start

From zero to a connected server in 15–30 minutes. Most of that time is the game server download.

Before you start

✓Panel URL — your admin gives you this, e.g. https://panel.spare-time-gaming.us
✓Alpha access — request here if you don't have it
✓Windows PC — the machine that will host the game server
✓~15 GB free disk — for the Arma Reforger dedicated server files
✓Google account — used for sign-in via Cloudflare Access

Steps

Sign in to the panel

Open the panel URL in your browser. Cloudflare Access redirects you to Google sign-in. If this is your first sign-in, you're auto-provisioned as owner and the setup wizard opens automatically.

Generate your credentials

In wizard Step 1, click Generate credentials. Your Agent Token (starts with sts1.) and Agent Secret appear. Keep the wizard open — the installer asks for both.

Download and run the installer

In wizard Step 2, click Download. Verify the SHA256 hash shown on the page, then run the installer. It asks for the panel URL, agent token, agent secret, server directory, and RCON settings.

Wait for connection

Wizard Step 3 polls automatically. Within about a minute you'll see “Sentinel's online” with your hostname. Click Go to dashboard.
